What We Do
Individual Therapy for children, Teen & adults
Children and teens thrive when they have a safe space to express themselves, explore their feelings, and learn healthy coping skills. Using developmentally-appropriate approaches, Dr. Lobel helps children navigate challenges such as anxiety, mood difficulties, ADHD/ADD, behavioral concerns, and family transitions, while working closely with caregivers to support progress beyond the therapy room. For Adults Therapy for adults offers a space to pause, reflect, and consider the experiences that have influenced your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Together, you and Dr. Lobel will explore patterns in these areas, gaining insight into what has felt unhelpful or limiting. This process creates space for new perspectives, helping you move toward greater clarity, connection, and a more grounded sense of self.
Family Therapy
Family therapy offers a space to strengthen connection, improve communication, and address challenges together. Dr. Lobel works collaboratively with families to identify patterns, navigate conflicts, and build understanding so relationships can grow in healthier, more adaptive directions.

Parenting Support
Parenting can be deeply rewarding — and at times, deeply challenging, especially when navigating the dynamics between caregivers. Parenting support offers a collaborative space to explore the parenting relationship, strengthen communication, and address differences in expectations or styles. Sessions may focus on building consistency, enhancing problem-solving, and developing strategies that promote the emotional well-being of the family. Dr. Lobel works alongside parents and caregivers to create a more connected and cohesive approach to parenting.
clinical supervision
and Consultation
Dr. Lobel provides clinical supervision and consultation for graduate students, early-career clinicians, and licensed mental health professionals seeking to deepen their skills and expand their clinical perspectives. Her approach to supervision is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in mutual respect for the learning process. She offers a supportive environment for discussing case conceptualization, treatment planning, therapeutic process, and professional development, with the goal of fostering clinical growth, confidence, and competence.
