We are in-network for BCBS PPO and Blue Choice PPO. Insurance claims will be submitted directly on behalf of the client, but clients are encouraged to verify their own benefits prior to a first appointment.
Clients with out-of-network plans will be provided with a monthly superbill to submit to their insurance carrier.
Fees

The No Surprises Act
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers are to submit, "good faith estimates," to clients who are not insured or not using their health insurance for health care services. Providers must give you a good faith estimate of how much your healthcare services will cost. You get the estimate when you schedule care at least 3 business days in advance or if you ask for one.
